A portable office cabin (popularly called a porta cabin) is a prefabricated room built on a steel frame with insulated wall and roof panels, finished inside like a regular office. Unlike heavy container-based structures, a portable cabin is engineered to be light: it can be carried on a small truck, lifted with modest crane capacity, and in knock-down form, even hand-carried in parts through a staircase and assembled where no crane can reach.
Every cabin leaves our factory complete — wiring done, lights fitted, flooring laid, windows glazed. At your site, it only needs a level base and a power connection.

Monoblock (Factory-Finished) Cabins
The cabin is fully built at our facility and delivered as one ready unit. Fastest to commission — it is lifted off the truck, placed, and powered up the same day. Ideal when your site has vehicle access and you want zero on-site work.
Knock-Down (Flat-Pack) Cabins
The same cabin, shipped as a kit of panels and frames, and assembled by our team at your location in 1–3 days. The answer for rooftops, basements, narrow lanes, factory interiors, and remote sites where a crane or large trailer cannot go. Knock-down kits also cut transport costs dramatically for distant locations.

The cabins are built at our own facility in the Bangalore region, so a unit ordered for a site in and around the city is fabricated locally rather than shipped in. A cabin can leave as a finished monoblock unit or as a knock-down kit assembled on site; which format suits your order depends on the size of the cabin, the route, the access at your site and the assembly required.
Air-conditioning and furniture are options rather than part of every configuration, and monthly rental is available where a project does not justify buying. Standard delivery is generally planned within 12–15 working days after receipt of the purchase order and advance payment. Transport and placement are quoted against your actual site rather than folded into the cabin price.
