Payment Policy

This policy explains how Porta Cabin Systems accepts payment, and exactly what you pay.
Paying online
Payments on this website are taken by our payment partner Razorpay. The available payment methods are shown in Razorpay’s own secure window at checkout and may depend on the order value. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and bank password are entered only in that window and are never seen or stored by this website.
Nothing is charged until Razorpay confirms your payment, and your order is placed at that moment. All prices are in Indian Rupees.
The amount you pay
The amount charged is the Total payable now shown at checkout before you pay. No convenience fee, handling fee or other charge is added to it.
Every cabin price is shown as the base price plus GST at 18%, which together make the total including GST. The delivery charge is a single GST-inclusive amount and no GST is added to it again. For every cabin or unit paid for online, the payment covers the item including GST plus the delivery charge shown at checkout for your delivery address (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy). Unloading at your site, positioning and on-site installation are not included in the delivery charge; they are an optional service which you may add at checkout to pay for with your order, or have arranged separately with our team afterwards, and which is never added unless you choose it. Orders placed through a quotation
Payment terms for a quotation are those stated in the quotation itself. Unless it says otherwise, our default terms are: 60% advance and the balance payment after inspection.
Failed payments, cancellations and refunds
If a payment fails but the amount is debited, the order is not paid and the amount is normally reversed by your bank; our Refund and Returns Policy explains what to do. Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy, and refunds are returned to the payment method you paid from.
