Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how deliveries are arranged and charged.

Cabins and units bought online

Delivery outside Karnataka and Tamil Nadu is charged at checkout from our approved schedule, and every figure includes GST: ₹28,000 to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Puducherry, ₹45,000 elsewhere in India that we serve. For an address in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu, the rate depends on the road distance from our Mugabala / Jadigenahalli yard to your exact address: ₹1,000 up to and including 50 km, ₹18,000 beyond 50 km. That distance is not measured at checkout at present, so delivery to an address in either state is confirmed in a quotation instead. Every other state is priced by state alone. Your PIN code is checked against India Post's directory for every delivery, to confirm the state whose rate applies. The charge for your address is shown before you pay and covers transportation with standard loading at our factory.

Unloading at your site, positioning and on-site installation are not included in the delivery charge. They are available as an optional service at ₹15,000 including GST, which you can add at checkout to pay for with your order or have arranged separately with our team afterwards, and which is never added unless you choose it.

If your PIN code cannot be verified, the road distance to your address cannot be confirmed, or your address is in an area we do not price online, delivery is not priced online and we confirm the charge in a quotation instead. We never guess it. After your payment, our team contacts you to agree the delivery date. Delivery is to the address given at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

A ready-stock or second-hand unit is dispatched from our yard once your payment is confirmed and a delivery date has been agreed with you. We contact you to agree that date after your payment.

Where the page of a ready-stock or second-hand unit states a delivery period, the unit is delivered within that period, counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Karnataka public holidays) from the working day after your payment is confirmed. We contact you to agree the exact day within it.

A cabin built to order is dispatched after it is manufactured. Our confirmed manufacturing period is 10–15 working days after shop-drawing approval and advance payment, and we confirm the dispatch date with you in writing before dispatch. Transit time after dispatch depends on the distance, the route and site access, and is confirmed with that date; we do not promise a fixed transit time.

We deliver within India only. Lakshadweep and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands are not priced online, because the approved rates are for a road delivery from our Mugabala / Jadigenahalli yard: for an address there, delivery is confirmed in a quotation instead. No delivery is made outside India.

Cabins ordered through a quotation

Delivery timelines are estimated in your quotation and depend on size, specification and order load. Transportation is arranged and quoted based on the delivery location and site access.

Catalogue cabins paid for online

A catalogue cabin paid for online is charged delivery at checkout on the same schedule as above, shown before you pay and including GST. Unloading at your site, positioning and on-site installation are part of the online payment only if you add that optional service at checkout; other site charges are not part of the online payment. Our team contacts you after the payment to confirm the specification, the delivery date and any optional site service. Delivery is to the address given at checkout.

Site access

Suitable access and, where required, crane/hydra arrangements are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
