uPVC Windows Manufacturer in India
Silent, Sealed, and Maintenance-Free for Life
Traffic noise, monsoon leaks, termites, warped frames, yearly painting — everything wrong with old windows is what uPVC was engineered to end. Porta Cabin Systems manufactures made-to-measure uPVC windows and doors that seal out noise, dust, heat, and rain — and never need painting, polishing, or termite treatment. Precision-fabricated with steel-reinforced profiles and premium hardware, fitted by our own installation teams.
Whether you're building a new home, upgrading a flat's windows, or specifying doors and windows for an entire project, we deliver and install across India — for homes, apartments, offices, hotels, and every portable structure we build.

The material
A rigid, weather-stable polymer engineered to end everything wrong with old windows.
uPVC (unplasticised polyvinyl chloride) is a rigid, weather-stable polymer that doesn't rot, rust, corrode, or feed termites. Our profiles are multi-chambered — internal air pockets that block heat and sound — and reinforced with galvanized steel for structural strength. Fusion-welded corners make the frame a single sealed unit, and EPDM gaskets press the sash airtight when closed.
The result: rooms that are noticeably quieter and cooler, windows that slide and lock smoothly for decades, and frames that look new with nothing more than an occasional wipe.

Why uPVC wins
Multi-chamber profiles and double-sealed sashes cut outside noise dramatically — the difference is obvious the moment the window closes.
Sealed frames and sloped drainage keep driving monsoon rain out — no seepage, no swelling, no stuck shutters in humid months.
uPVC doesn't warp in heat, fade easily, or corrode in coastal air — and termites simply have nothing to eat.
Insulating frames and optional double glazing reduce heat gain, easing AC loads and electricity bills.
Multi-point locks anchor the sash into the frame at several points — far more secure than a single latch.
No painting, no polishing, no rust treatment — a wet cloth is the entire maintenance manual.
Windows to doors
Two- and three-track sliding windows that save swing space and give wide, clear views — the most popular choice for bedrooms, living rooms, and balconies. Available with mosquito mesh track and grill options.
Side-hinged windows that swing open fully for maximum ventilation and seal tightest when closed — the best performer for noise-sensitive rooms and high-rise wind conditions.
Picture windows for light, louvred and top-hung ventilators for bathrooms and kitchens, and combination frames that mix fixed, openable, and arched sections into one elevation statement.
Smooth-gliding sliding doors for balconies and patios, and classic double-leaf French doors that open rooms to gardens and terraces — with laminated glass and multi-point locking options.
Solid uPVC panel doors for bathrooms, service areas, and interiors — waterproof where wooden doors swell, and colour-stable where painted doors peel.

The same systems are fitted across our portable cabins and prefabricated buildings — and supplied separately for any construction or renovation project.

Good to know
Answers to the questions we hear most often about uPVC windows and doors.
Indicatively ₹400 – 850 per sq ft for single-glazed sliding and casement windows, and ₹750 – 1,200 per sq ft for double-glazed systems, including standard installation. A typical 4ft x 4ft bedroom window lands around ₹8,000 – 13,500. These figures are indicative sample ranges. Share your sizes with Porta Cabin Systems for an exact quote.
For homes, uPVC usually wins on noise insulation, heat insulation, and monsoon sealing, while aluminium suits very large spans and slim sightlines. Near the coast, uPVC also avoids the corrosion aluminium can suffer. We'll recommend honestly based on your openings and budget.
Yes — noticeably. Multi-chamber frames, dual gaskets, and properly sealed installation cut a large share of traffic and street noise, and laminated acoustic glass raises performance further for main-road homes.
For bedrooms facing traffic, west-facing rooms that heat up, and air-conditioned spaces — yes. DGU windows cut heat gain and noise substantially and typically pay back through lower AC bills. For sheltered, quiet openings, single glazing is usually sufficient.
Quality UV-stabilized profiles are designed for long-term use in Indian conditions without fading, warping, or corroding. Hardware like rollers and locks may need occasional service — everything is replaceable without changing the frame.
No. Alongside classic white, we offer woodgrain laminates like golden oak and walnut, and contemporary greys and black — colour-stable finishes that don't need repainting.
Yes. In most retrofits the old frame is cut out and the new uPVC frame fitted into the same opening with minimal plaster touch-up — a full flat is typically converted in 1–2 days.
Yes — the same systems are fitted across our portable cabins, prefabricated buildings, and modular projects, and we supply them separately for any construction or renovation project, anywhere in India.
