Buy or Rent?

Both options work in Vemgal. The right choice mostly depends on how long you'll need the cabin. Buy If: • You'll use the cabin for more than a year or two. • It's going to be a permanent gate cabin, time office or store. • You'll keep moving it between projects or plots. • You want an asset you can resell later. If you expect to move the cabin later, tell us before you order, so the lifting arrangement is agreed in the drawing and quotation. Rent If: • It's for a single construction contract with a fixed end date. • You need temporary space only while the main building is finished. • You'd prefer to book it as an operating expense rather than buy an asset. • You want us to collect it once the work is done. How Ordering and Delivery to Vemgal Works

1. Tell us what you need. Call or WhatsApp us with the size, what the cabin is for, and your plot number or location in Vemgal. 2. Get a quotation and drawing. We send you a quote and a 2D drawing that shows the layout, doors, windows and electrical points. 3. Approve and pay the advance. Once you approve the drawing, fabrication begins. 4. Fabrication. Manufacturing takes 10–15 working days after shop-drawing approval and advance payment. Your cabin is built and finished at our yard. 5. Delivery and placement. We bring the cabin down the Kolar highway to Vemgal. Delivery, unloading and placement on your site are arranged as set out in your quotation.

Before Delivery, Please Check

• Ground: Support, foundation, levelling and anchoring requirements depend on the site and are confirmed in the drawing and quotation. • Access: The truck and crane need a clear path to the spot. Many plants have gate passes, vehicle entry rules or safety inductions, so tell us about these ahead of time so the delivery isn't held up at the gate. • Power: If the cabin needs electricity, keep a supply point ready nearby.

Warranty and Care

Every porta cabin we sell includes: • 5-year structural warranty, as long as the cabin is maintained against rust and paint wear. • 1-year warranty on the electrical fittings and hardware we supply. Looking after a steel cabin is easy. Touch up any chipped paint before rust starts, keep water from standing on the roof, and don't stack materials against the walls. On an industrial site, it's also worth keeping the cabin a sensible distance from heavy vehicle movement so it doesn't get knocked or dented.
