How a G+1 Porta Cabin Is Put Together

A G+1 unit is made of two porta cabins: one on the ground and one stacked on top. The supporting structure, connections, base and staircase must be designed for the complete two-storey arrangement. An external staircase with railings connects the two, usually with a small landing outside the upper door. You can use each floor however you need. You can keep a store or security room downstairs and an office upstairs, or use both floors as staff rooms or offices. Each floor has its own door, windows and electrical points, planned on the drawing. The cabins are fully finished at our yard near Bangalore. On site, they're stacked and connected by the staircase using the confirmed assembly and lifting method, so you avoid weeks of construction in the middle of a working factory.
