4. Delivery to your Hoskote site. We arrange transport and coordinate unloading and placement. Access, crane requirements and unloading space are worked out with you before the vehicle is dispatched, so nothing stalls on arrival.
5. Installation and handover. Units are positioned, joined where multiple cabins form a block, and handed over as your quotation sets out.

Price depends on size, panel thickness, insulation and interior finish. A basic security cabin and a fully finished insulated office of the same footprint are very different products. Send us your size and purpose and we will give you an itemised quote — the specification is written out so you can compare it fairly against any other offer.
Standard sizes move fastest. Custom layouts and multi-cabin blocks take longer, since they are built to your drawing. We commit to a date at the time of order rather than quoting an optimistic number upfront.
Yes. Rental usually works out better for projects under a couple of years — site offices, temporary labour accommodation and short-duration security cabins. For anything long-term or permanent, purchase almost always costs less overall. Tell us the duration and we will tell you honestly which one suits.
With basic upkeep, a portable cabin serves for many years. Lifespan depends far more on the specification and upkeep than on anything else — which is exactly why we put the specification in writing on the quote.
