A level, compacted surface with footing pads is enough for a single unit; stacked configurations need a proper base. Local approval requirements vary — confirm with your consultant.

Can we get windows, doors and partitions where we want them?

Yes. The shell size is fixed but the inside is not — window and door positions, partition layout, and the fit-out are all built to your drawing. Deciding this before manufacture is far easier than cutting a steel wall afterwards, so it is worth spending ten minutes on the layout at quote stage.

Can the container be moved to our next phase or site?

Yes, and on multi-phase projects that is the main reason to buy one. It is lifted onto a trailer and set down at the next location. We handle relocation, including for containers we did not originally supply.
