A bare container does — a converted one doesn't. We insulate walls and roof with 50 mm PUF/Rockwool, add ventilation and AC provision, and use reflective exterior coatings, keeping interiors comfortable even in peak Indian summer.
Shipping containers are made of corten (weathering) steel, which is highly corrosion-resistant. We additionally shot-blast, prime, and repaint every unit with marine-grade coatings. With periodic repainting, it is designed for long-term use with proper maintenance.
Yes — this is their superpower. ISO corner castings are engineered for stacking, so we can build double-storey offices and multi-container complexes with proper staircases and safety railings.
No civil foundation is required in most cases. A level surface with concrete blocks, a plinth, or a simple PCC bed at the corner points is sufficient. We guide you on site preparation before delivery.
A high cube container is one foot taller (9.5ft vs 8.5ft external height). That extra height allows a false ceiling with concealed wiring and AC ducting, and makes the space feel much larger — usually worth it for premium and customer-facing offices.
