Frame, panels and interior options
Each item below is available only where it is included in the approved quotation. Steel frame: A load-bearing structure of welded MS hollow sections, treated and painted to improve durability. A properly designed frame allows the cabin to be lifted and relocated. Insulated panels: PUF sandwich panels, with pre-painted galvanised steel skins and rigid polyurethane insulation between them. The panel specification helps reduce heat transfer, which matters in Hyderabad's warm climate. Alternative panel specifications may be considered where a project has different thermal or acoustic requirements. How a cabin reaches a Hyderabad site
Delivery to Hyderabad and other locations is subject to order confirmation, site access and transport feasibility. The delivery method depends on cabin size, weight, route conditions, lifting access and the final placement area.
Site requirements before delivery
• Level and firm base: Provide an approved concrete plinth, blocks or other suitable foundation arrangement so the cabin sits evenly. • Truck and lifting access: Confirm road width, gate clearance, turning space, overhead cables and crane or hydra access. • Electrical connection: Provide a suitable power point for final testing and connection. • Plumbing connection: Where a toilet or pantry is included, provide confirmed water-supply and drainage connection points.
