Yes. New or used shipping containers can be converted into offices, cabins, stores and security posts by adding insulation, doors, windows, flooring, electricals and finishes. A container provides a strong, weather-resistant steel shell, and the conversion is built to suit your requirement.

It is a prefabricated accommodation block built with PUF (polyurethane foam) insulated panels to house workers at or near a project site. Layouts can include dormitory rooms, toilets and washrooms and a kitchen or mess area, and can be single or multi-storey. The insulated panels help keep interiors more comfortable than bare metal sheds.

Yes. The length, width and height, number of rooms, door and window positions, electrical points, flooring, external cladding and finishes can all be tailored. Share your intended use and site details and we will help configure a suitable specification.

Cabins come in standard sizes, and other sizes are built to your drawing — from compact units to large multi-room blocks. Internal partitions, attached toilets, pantries, storage and separate entries can be arranged to suit how the space will be used. The exact dimensions and layout are confirmed on your approved drawing.

It depends on the type of cabin. The MS sheet-clad porta cabin has walls clad in MS (mild steel) corrugated sheet; PUF panel cabins are built with insulated PUF (polyurethane foam) panels; container offices are converted steel shipping containers. For your cabin, the frame, the wall and roof build, insulation, interior lining, flooring and wiring are set out in the drawing and quotation you approve.

The standard office-cabin sizes include fans, LED tubelights, plug points and an AC point, in numbers that depend on the size, as each office-cabin product page lists them. Wiring, additional points and any other electrical work are set out in your quotation.

Yes. Cabins and accommodation blocks can be built with toilets, washrooms and washing areas, including the associated plumbing, fittings and tank connections. Water supply and drainage connections at site are arranged as part of the agreed scope of work.

Transportation is arranged and quoted based on the delivery location and site access. Depending on the size and weight, unloading may be done with a crane or hydra, or by other suitable means. The delivery and unloading method is planned with you based on the unit and your site, and set out in your quotation.

The delivery vehicle needs a clear approach and space to manoeuvre, and larger units usually need room for a crane or hydra to lift the cabin into position. Sharing your site access, gate width and any overhead obstructions in advance helps us plan a safe delivery and placement.

We manufacture at our facility in Jadigenahalli, Karnataka and supply customers across Bangalore, Karnataka and other parts of India. Delivery and site work are arranged and quoted based on your location and access.

Support, foundation, levelling and anchoring requirements depend on the site and are confirmed in the drawing and quotation. Share your site details and access in advance, so the support and the access for the delivery vehicle and any crane are planned before the day.

On arrival the cabin is unloaded and placed as set out in your quotation. Placement, utility connections and readiness for use depend on site access, lifting arrangements, prepared services and the agreed scope.

Yes, selected cabins are available for rental as an alternative to buying, which can suit temporary site offices and project needs. Both shorter and longer rental periods can be discussed; the available duration, minimum period, deposit and transportation are set out in your rental quotation.

Responsibility for routine upkeep and for any repairs is agreed in advance and stated in the rental terms, so both sides are clear on what is covered. Fair wear and tear is treated separately from damage, and the specifics are confirmed in your rental agreement rather than assumed.

Ask us before you plan a move. Whether and how a cabin can be moved later depends on its construction, size and lifting arrangement, which are confirmed in the drawing and quotation. A rented cabin goes back to us at the end of the hire, as your rental terms set out.
