Cabins are built to the size you need, from compact single-person units to large multi-room and multi-storey blocks, rather than to fixed catalogue sizes. Internal partitions, attached toilets, pantries, storage and separate entries can be arranged to suit how the space will be used. Construction typically uses a mild-steel structural frame with insulated sandwich wall and roof panels — commonly PUF, EPS or rockwool — a durable floor with a wearing finish, and electrical wiring. Insulation reduces heat transfer and helps keep interiors cooler and quieter than a bare sheet-metal structure. The panel type and thickness are selected to suit your use, and the final materials match your approved quotation.

Cabins can be supplied with internal wiring, light points, switches, socket outlets and a distribution board, ready to connect to your site supply. Additional points, fans, air-conditioning provision or other electrical work can be included as specified in your quotation.

Yes. Cabins and accommodation blocks can be built with toilets, washrooms and washing areas, including the associated plumbing, fittings and tank connections. Water supply and drainage connections at site are arranged as part of the agreed scope of work.

Finished cabins are transported to site by truck and offloaded on arrival. Depending on the size and weight, unloading may be done with a crane or hydra, or by other suitable means. The delivery and unloading method is planned with you based on the unit and your site.

The delivery vehicle needs a clear approach and space to manoeuvre, and larger units usually need room for a crane or hydra to lift the cabin into position. Sharing your site access, gate width and any overhead obstructions in advance helps us plan a safe delivery and placement.

We manufacture at our facility in Jadigenahalli, Karnataka and supply customers across Bangalore, Karnataka and other parts of India. Delivery and site work are arranged and quoted based on your location and access.

The cabin needs a firm, level base — commonly a levelled hard surface, plinth or concrete footings depending on the size and how permanent the unit is. We will advise on the base and the access required for the delivery vehicle and any crane, so the site is ready on the day.

On arrival the unit is offloaded and placed onto the prepared base; multi-storey and knock-down units are then assembled and secured. Once positioned, the electrical and any plumbing connections are made to your site services as per the agreed scope.

Yes, selected cabins are available for rental as an alternative to buying, which can suit temporary site offices and project needs. Both shorter and longer rental periods can be discussed; the available duration, minimum period, deposit and transportation are set out in your rental quotation.

Responsibility for routine upkeep and for any repairs is agreed in advance and stated in the rental terms, so both sides are clear on what is covered. Fair wear and tear is treated separately from damage, and the specifics are confirmed in your rental agreement rather than assumed.

Yes. Because portable cabins are designed to be moved, an owned or rented cabin can usually be shifted to a new location when needed. Relocation involves disconnection, lifting, transport and re-installation, which are planned and quoted based on the unit and both sites.
