These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Porta Cabin Systems website and the enquiries you submit through it.

Use of the website

Information, prices and specifications shown for cabins supplied through a quotation are indicative and may change without notice, and any estimate is not a binding quotation. Where a cabin or unit can be paid for online, the price shown including GST, together with any delivery charge shown at checkout before you pay and any optional service you add there, is the amount charged.

Orders

Orders placed through a quotation are confirmed by a formal quotation and purchase order, and their final specification is that of the approved quotation and drawing. Orders paid for online are described below.

Online orders

Selected cabins with an approved fixed price can be paid for online. Such an order is placed when your payment is confirmed. The online payment covers the cabin price including GST as shown at checkout, together with the delivery charge shown at checkout for your delivery address under our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Unloading at your site, positioning and on-site installation are part of it only if you add that optional service at checkout, at the price that policy states; other site charges are not part of it and are arranged separately. Where delivery to an address cannot be priced online, the cabin is arranged through a quotation instead. A ready-stock or second-hand marketplace unit is a single unit and is paid for on its own. Up to 5 units of a product can be paid for online; larger quantities, customisation and every other item are arranged through a quotation. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; available payment methods are shown by Razorpay at checkout and may depend on the order value. Cancellations and refunds of online orders follow our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Prices and currency

Every price on this website is in Indian Rupees and, where stated as a total including GST, includes GST at the rate shown. A price shown for a cabin supplied through a quotation is indicative until the quotation is issued; a price shown for a cabin that can be paid for online is the amount charged, together with the delivery charge shown at checkout before you pay.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying what your order and, where applicable, your approved quotation and drawing describe, and for the warranty stated in our Warranty Policy. We are not responsible for site preparation, access, statutory permissions, or for any loss that does not follow from our own failure to supply. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms, and any order placed under them, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
