A partition gives contractors a place to review drawings while the adjoining room holds desks or site records. A separate labour rest cabin provides covered space during shift breaks. Plan the truck route before fencing or stockpiles narrow the entrance. Once the plant opens, the project office can become a store or gate cabin. It can also be relocated when access at both sites permits lifting.

Materials, dimensions and electrical fit-out

Our standard model measures 10 ft by 10 ft and stands 8.5 ft high. Its mild steel frame is clad on every side and overhead in corrugated MS sheet, and it has a steel door with glazed windows. The steel is primed and then painted, and the standard wiring includes lights, a fan, switches and sockets. • 10 × 10 ft — a gate post, visitor desk or small store. • 20 × 10 ft — a project office or two rooms divided by a partition. • 40 × 10 ft — a larger team office or a combined office and store. • G+1 — a two-storey layout for a tight plot, subject to the support design, stair access and available clearance. For a custom build, the approved 2D drawing sets out the windows, partitions, attached toilet, AC provision, additional sockets and exterior branding you select.

Buying suits a room you will keep using after construction, such as a permanent gate post or dispatch office. Renting can suit a contractor office needed for a defined project. Send the start date and rental duration so we can check availability. Compare catalogue prices for standard cabins. For a custom build, the price depends on dimensions, fit-out, transport and crane placement. An attached toilet or glazed partition changes the price even when two cabins have the same footprint. From first message to handover at your plot

1. Send the cabin use, size, phase and plot location. Include a photo of the entrance and proposed placement spot. 2. Approve the 2D drawing and written quote, then pay the agreed advance. Allow 10–15 working days for fabrication after drawing approval and advance payment. 3. Agree on the delivery and crane slot separately. Share gate dimensions, turning space, overhead obstructions and any contractor entry requirements before dispatch. 4. Prepare the agreed base and utility connections. We coordinate placement and handover around the site access window.

Cover on the structure and fittings, and simple upkeep

When you buy a cabin, its structure carries a 5-year warranty as long as the paint and rust care is kept up, and the electrical fittings and hardware we supply carry a 1-year warranty. Retouch any chipped paint, deal with surface rust as soon as it appears, and keep the base clear so rainwater runs away.
