For a gate post or dispatch office used every shift, compare purchase sizes and prices in our catalogue. For a contractor room needed only during an extension, request rental availability for your dates. Rental depends on stock and duration. A cabin can be relocated when your layout changes. Plan access for lifting at both sites. For a custom price, send the footprint, fittings and delivery plot. A 10 × 10 ft guard cabin and a partitioned 20 × 10 ft office with a toilet have different fit-out costs. The written quote identifies the cabin, transport, crane placement and applicable GST.

Ordering and delivery to Phases 1–4

1. Send the cabin use, size, phase and plot number. A photo of the gate and placement area helps us plan access. 2. Review the written quote and 2D drawing. Fabrication normally takes 10–15 working days after drawing approval and receipt of the advance. 3. Agree on transport and crane placement separately. For a running plant, choose a slot outside your main dispatch hours. Share gate restrictions, turning space and overhead obstructions in advance. 4. Prepare the agreed base before dispatch. Once the cabin is placed and power is connected, you can start using a standard office cabin the same day.

What the warranty covers, and caring for the steel

Every purchased cabin comes with a 5-year structural warranty, subject to customer maintenance against rust and paint deterioration. Electrical items and hardware items supplied with the cabin are covered by a 1-year warranty from the confirmed date of delivery. On a factory plot, repaint chips as they appear, deal with surface rust early and stop rainwater collecting around the base.
