Room plans and headcounts by size

A portable security cabin needs sightlines from the guard's chair to the gate. For a logistics office, plan a counter where drivers can hand over challans while the clerk updates records. A supervisor's office needs sockets and lighting where the desks will stand. For a store, check the doorway and aisle against the largest spare or packing item. A labour rest cabin can provide a covered shift-change area. If the layout includes an attached toilet, identify water and drainage connections before placement. What it is made of, and what comes fitted

Our standard cabin is 10 × 10 × 8.5 ft. Its frame is mild steel (MS), clad in corrugated MS sheet on the walls and over the roof. It leaves our works with a steel door, glazed windows, a fan, lights, switches and sockets in place. Its outside steelwork is primed, then painted. Options include extra windows, a glass front, internal partitions, a toilet, AC provision, extra sockets and exterior branding. The approved drawing records your selections.

Line up the sizes with the fittings kept the same: an open-plan 20 × 10 ft office and a partitioned one with a toilet are priced differently. How long it takes, and the road via Mysuru

Fabrication runs 10–15 working days once the drawing is approved and the advance is paid. It then travels by road from Bangalore and is set down by crane. Before it leaves, tell us which gate receives it, where it will be lifted and the hours trucks may enter. On a new plot, check that the base is ready and power is on hand. Warranty cover and how to keep it valid

A cabin you buy from us carries a 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on the electrical fittings and hardware we supply. The structural cover stays valid while the paint finish is looked after and surface rust is treated before it spreads.
