Overview

A premium two-storey (G+1) labour colony block built from insulated steel modules — a row of individual rooms on each floor, each with its own private entrance, window and wall light, served by an external staircase and a first-floor balcony walkway with railing and planters. Finished in white cladding with black trim, under a canopy roof with under-eave lighting, and set around a paved, landscaped courtyard. Delivered ready to occupy; room count, layout and finishes are configured to your headcount, and colours, fit-out and amenities (recycling points, EV charging and seating shown) are customisable. The room numbers, signage and staging shown are illustrative. Built as worker housing / labour colonies for construction sites, plants, estates and large projects across India.
